WELCOME! HERE'S
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS!
1) MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL: Please be "Properly Hydrated"
- This means drinking at least 2 to 3 litres of pure water during
the 24 hours prior to your class. Even if you hardly drink any water
normally, please do this; it will ensure you have a fun and much
more productive class! We promise, you will work hard, and you'll
LOVE it!
2) Bring 2 bath size towels and a yoga mat. The ideal type of mat
is the standard 'sticky mat', which is only about 1/4" thick.
We also have towels and mats available for rent.
3) You will want to have a 1-litre bottle of water with you during
class, and please remember to drink at least one to two more litres
to rehydrate after class.
4) To wear, bring something light and fitted such as sport bras,
shorts or any other light clothing. Avoid sweats, long sleeves/pants
and heavy t-shirts as this is HOT Yoga!
5) Of course, bring Your Positive, Playful Attitude!
6) Finally, have an empty stomach - don't eat anything heavier than
a small piece of fruit or a couple of spoonfuls of yoghurt within
2 to 3 hours before class.
CLASSES WILL BE FILLED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. NO PREREGISTRATION
REQUIRED. PLEASE COME AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF
YOUR CLASS.
IF IT'S YOUR FIRST TIME, 20 TO 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS WILL BE
MUCH BETTER.
